“We now look professional, welcoming, lighter brighter and more spacious and are delivering a better service to the new parents of Hobsons Bay City Council. Parents come here to feed and weigh their babies, change nappies and relax with a coffee! They are also using this place after shopping, to meet in groups or just to drop in, because it is warm, homely and comforting.
Before the renovation I came to work feeling depressed and flat because the space was so drab and looked dirty. I was embarrassed for the clients who experienced this place as a shabby and neglected environment.
I have become so aware of the impact that the working environment has on our ability to function at our best!”
