A  stunning Edwardian renovated home in a heritage area  requiring  additions to the rear and having to address the problem of a three storey block of flats on the long north side of the block.  By establishing the individual space requirements of the client plus site restrictions, an elongated residence evolved with small out door space to the south and long distant views through the house to the west as well as capturing north sun in the living area .

Colours for the original part of the residence were selected to enhance the architectural features and street presentation.  The internal colours and finishes reflect a more contemporary feel in keeping with the extension to the rear.
