Get Your House In Order for Spring!

Those sudden sniffles and throat tickles signal another change of season! They alert us to inconsistent room temperatures, winds and humidity, which we forget when living in air conditioned buildings and the constant indoor winter heating.

The same wake up call needs to be addressed for buildings whose walls and surfaces are subject to just those same rapid temperature and humidity changes!

Sick houses and buildings are named so because of a number of ignored health factors including energy loss, misdirected life force in the building, negative attitudes and behaviours practiced in the building.

Sick houses mean energy loss... Keep your own house healthy in all seasons by ensuring plenty of fresh air on a warm day and even if you’re at work from 9 to 5, five days a week, make a point of letting the sun into your spaces on a bright morning, even if it’s nippy outside! Shake out those doonas and hang them on a fence or balcony.

Prevention is better than cure for your home or building.
Regular clean outs at the end of winter in preparation for Spring clear out space and clean the air to make preparations for new ideas and inward contemplation stimulated by those last fire sittings and winter doona dives!

Seasonal changes reveal blockages in the plumbing and heating so clean them out, get them serviced to renew confidence in your home and office as you expand into the coming year.

Maintain the life force in the building by bringing in living plants and flowers, a spectrum of musical tastes and styles from Mozart to Missy Higgins. Remember that people coming into your space can smell good relationships or bad vibes!

Turn clients into friends and build a seriously fun productive atmosphere with colourful foods, vibrant conversations and soulful sounds around the place.

Do some maintenance on your home; building to avoid flooding and internal leaks saves energy costs and ensures your health and safety.

Enjoy the bursts of sun as spring breaks through the last days of winter by checking the following:

Clean and tidy up your internal spaces for pleasing environments so that you can have an uplifting space to live in.

Stillness and Contemplation

Wintertime demands we go underground for stillness and contemplation, driving us to reconnect with our depths that we have left during summer’s outward expansion towards the sun. A true home is our space which protects us while we unravel and rewind our lives to prepare for the rigours of new life in the year to come.

Renewal and Optimism

Spring bursts into life with new leaves and blossom (for us in the south east of Australia!) lifting our spirits and bringing new optimism with this predictable renewal in the dependability of the seasons even in their variations with climate change!
